I volunteered at Sloboda Zvierat, a dog shelter in my hometown of Bratislava, where I helped walk dogs and care for animals awaiting adoption. Over the course of two years, I built bonds with dozens of dogs and saw firsthand the difference that patience and consistency can make in an animal's behavior and confidence. This experience taught me responsibility, compassion, and the value of showing up consistently for a cause you believe in.
